When copying cell contents that contain cell references within your Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Excel has a nice feature that automatically changes the cell references within the formula. The way to prevent changing the actual formula containing cell references when copying is to make them absolute references. This takes time. If you want an exact copy of the formula quickly, then use the Paste Exact Formula utility. Below is the screen shot of this utility.
