This utility consists of a dialog box with three tabs (i.e., Add, Edit, and Delete). This utility allows users to apply multiple commands to one or more cells within one or more selected areas and then on one or more worksheets at the same time as the active workbook. This tools is a real time saver. The first tab allows users to add characters to the left or right of cell contents. The second option allows users to insert characters or numbers after an nth character. The second tab contains three features: Case, Reference, and Formulas.
The case feature changes cell contents to:
- Sentence. Case,
- lower case,
- UPPERCASE
- Title Case
The Reference feature allows users to change formula to:
- Relative
- Absolute
- Absolute Rows, Relative Columns
- Relative Rows, Absolute Columns
The Formula feature allows users to change:
- Formula to text
- Text to formula,
- and Unapply Names
The last tab provides a great deal of control when deleting certain characters and spaces within cell contents. At any time, the user can change the cells references without exiting the utility.
