Outlook Export allows users to easily export calendar events, contacts
and email items to various formats for use in other applications.

Installing Outlook Export
Double-click on the Outlook Export installation program to begin the installation. Windows 2000/XP users much be logged in as an admin-equivalent user for the installation to succeed.
Once the installation has Start ed, the user will be prompted with a wizard based installation program. Proceed the next step by clicking on Next. When the installation is complete; click on Finish.
Common Installation Problems
The Outlook Export installation program requires Windows Installer 2.0. Many Microsoft products install this version of Windows Installer by default. User who received error messages during installation are encouraged to download the later update to Windows Installer from Microsoft:

for Windows NT 4.0 and 2000
for Windows 95, 98 and ME
Export Outlook Calendar ItemsOutlook Export allows users to export select calendar items as iCalendar format files.
To use Outlook Export, click on the Outlook Export button in Outlook. From the dropdown menu that appears select Calendar Export. In the dialog box that appears, select any filtering requirements by choosing either a category or a date range or both and then click on the Search button to display the calendar items.
Select the Calendar events to export and click on Ok.
In the dialog box that appears choose a location and file name and click on Ok.
To export each calendar event to an individual file, check the box labeled "Export events as individual files"
Outlook Export allows users to export select email messages as text format files.
To use Outlook Export, click on the Outlook Export button in Outlook. From the dropdown menu that appears select Email Export. In the dialog box that appears, select any filtering requirements by choosing either a Received Date and then click on the Search button to display the email messages.
Select the email messages to export and click on Ok.
In the dialog box that appears choose a folder location and click on Ok.
